Cafe

Our house espresso is seasonal and always of a single origin. We create a flavour profile that is easy drinking, sweet, round and soft in mouthfeel with a gentle acidity that is both perfect as straight espresso or as a base to milk coffee.

Meet the baker

My name is Antonio Blise.

Antonio Blise has been a pastry chef by trade for 20 years. My French Pastries uses French flour, quality butter and everything we do is made from scratch, in the pure French tradition.

No premixes, no artificial flavours, no preservatives. Croissants are hand rolled daily.
